🚨 What puts you at a higher risk of a tyre blowout and being stranded at the side of the road? 🚨

Most blowouts don't happen out of the blue. There are usually warning signs:

✅ Driving on underinflated tyres
Low tyre pressure creates excessive heat, which is one of the biggest causes of tyre failure.

✅ Ignoring damage
Cuts, cracks, bulges, or a tyre that's been driven on while punctured can weaken the structure of the tyre.

✅ Worn tyres
The less tread you have, the less protection there is against road hazards and heat build up.

✅ Overloading your vehicle
Too much weight puts extra stress on your tyres, especially on long journeys.

✅ Hitting potholes and kerbs
Even if there isn't visible damage, impacts can weaken the tyre internally.

✅ Long motorway journeys in hot weather
Heat is a tyre's worst enemy. The hotter the tyre gets, the greater the risk of failure.

A 2 minute tyre check could save you a load of hassle.

Saturdays here and the diary is "rammoed" walk ins absolutely still welcome, however if you are on a strict schedule, maybe ring ahead and see if there's a waiting time......just in-case.
