Due to continued planned growth, Beagle Aircraft is seeking an Estimating Engineer to join its expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing customer enquiries and preparing detailed cost estimates by breaking down projects into labour hours, material costs, and tooling requirements. This role also involves liaising with engineering, production, and procurement teams to ensure accurate and competitive quotations, while supporting the company’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

From conception of the manufacturing methodology through to FAI approval Beagle have cutting edge abilities to reverse engineer legacy product to bring it up to date with the latest manufacturing technologies.

These abilities include: -
• Digitisation of lofted parts through to 2D model and development into 3D modelled development and associated form tooling concepts.
• Laser scanning of physical product (Master Part) to generate a like for like representation in a solid model form (Reverse engineering).
• 1st Trial build and product development.
• Proven NDT methods to guarantee the properties of the product in question.

At Beagle we have an on-site treatments facility which holds NADCAP approvals. The treatments we provide are offered as an offload service as well as for our manufactured items, which reduces the need for outsourcing and therefore risk to program.
