What makes a successful yacht refit?
Andrew explains:
“For me, a successful refit starts long before the work begins.
Having clear objectives from the outset and understanding exactly what the owner wants to achieve makes a huge difference.
Once the project is underway, communication and coordination become incredibly important, particularly when you have multiple contractors working simultaneously.
Good project management is about keeping everything moving in the right direction while maintaining oversight of quality, budget and progress.
Ultimately, our role is to protect the owner’s interests and make sure the finished vessel delivers what was intended from the start.”
