🏆 A proud moment for E+L India!

At the 15th VDMA Mechanical Engineering Summit in Pune, India, E+L India was honoured with the Runner-Up Award in the Medium-Scale Industry category for its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative in skill development.

Established in 2024, the E+L Skill Development Academy provides practical machinist training to young people from underprivileged backgrounds in Sari Village near Ahmedabad.

🎓 23 students have successfully completed their training, with all graduates securing employment in mechanical component manufacturing companies.

To make education more accessible, E+L India also provides students with a monthly stipend of ₹6,500, helping cover travel and related expenses.

This recognition reinforces our commitment to empowering young people through practical education and sustainable employment opportunities.
