Modern rehabilitation technology attracting strong interest in Hong Kong. 🇭🇰🚀

Our colleagues Marvin Lindl and Fabian Scheffold are back from a successful showcase at the HKTDC 香港貿發局 Hong Kong International Medical and Healthcare Fair!

Together with our valued partner, Pro-Med Technology, they spent three exciting days demonstrating the future of modern rehabilitation.

The product highlights at the booth included the THERA-Trainer toro and balo, as well as a very special guest: the THERA-Trainer senso. Having arrived in Hong Kong just days before the event, the senso made its local debut and it was a pleasure to present it to the public for the first time. ✨

A huge thank you goes to the Pro-Med Technology team for their incredible hospitality and for the opportunity to share their booth.

The many inspiring conversations we had with customers and experts reinforce the high demand for innovative med-tech solutions in the region, and we are truly grateful for this successful collaboration.

Helping patients relearn to walk — step by step. 🚶‍♂️✨

The THERA-Trainer lyra is now part of the rehabilitation concept at the Vierländer Therapiezentrum in Hamburg — supporting patients on their journey back to mobility, independence and quality of life.

After the successful installation by Emanuel Brechenser, Karsten Gutmann and Christopher Manz, the focus quickly shifted into practice: together with Fabian Mollard, the therapy team explored the lyra in detail, tested the system in practice and integrated it directly into patient therapy.

With intensive, guided and individually adaptable gait training, the lyra enables safe and repetitive therapy — creating the conditions for real progress in neurological rehabilitation.

Great to see such a strong commitment to modern rehabilitation concepts in Hamburg. 👏

Some events stay with you long after they end. ✨

For our Head of HR Petra Bonin, the Ulmer MedTech Day 2026 was exactly that kind of experience.

Together with other MedTech partners at Technische Hochschule Ulm, we had the opportunity to show students how medical technology, therapy and gaming can come together in completely new ways.

With our interactive workshop “TheraPlay – when therapy becomes a game”, participants experienced firsthand how playful approaches can be integrated into modern rehabilitation concepts — including the THERA-Trainer toro transformed into an interactive therapy gaming station. 🎮

But beyond the technology, what truly made the day special were the people and the stories behind it.

The evening program at the Stadthaus Ulm delivered exactly that. From inspiring insights into sports science to the deeply moving presentation by Paralympic champion Johannes Floors, the event highlighted the true impact of MedTech: creating possibilities, independence and quality of life. 💚

As Petra Bonin shared afterwards, it was one of those rare moments where you are reminded why innovation in healthcare matters so much — not just as technology, but as something that can genuinely change lives.

On May 6–7, our Director of Sales Alexander Kamps and Area Sales Manager Oliver Schöpe attended the 19th Kölner Heimbeatmungs-Workshop — one of Germany’s leading events for out-of-hospital intensive care.
