Heading to the Mountains and Seas, Creating the Future Together! 🌊
MEST 2026 Ningbo Xiangshan Team Building Trip Successfully Concluded
To build a stronger and more cohesive team, all MEST partners embarked on a 3-day team-building event in Xiangshan, Ningbo. The entire itinerary featured an innovative "Group Point-Based Competition," thoroughly testing our strategic planning and teamwork while unwinding:
* Culture & Ice-breaking: Departing from the MEST Park on Day 1, the team dressed in traditional Hanfu for an immersive "Tang and Song Magical Night" experience at the Xiangshan Film and Television City, tracking down specific NPCs for photo challenges to earn team points.
* Collaboration & Exploration: Day 2 kicked off with a "Build a Home" Bingo battle, followed by chartering fishing boats to experience sea fishing and compete for the heaviest single catch. As night fell, we used our hard-earned team points to trade for seafood platters and ingredients at the Songlanshan RV Camp, enjoying a beachside BBQ and an exclusive bonfire party.
* Challenge & Glory: On the final day, the team conquered high-altitude projects like the glass water slide at the Donghai Lingyan Scenic Area, culminating in a creative photo contest where the top three point-earning teams were awarded cash prizes, Xiangshan seafood packages, and local specialty gift boxes.
At our workstations, we are smart manufacturing experts dedicated to advancing UV flatbed printers and panoramic vision dispensing equipment. Amidst the mountains and seas, we are a closely-knit team sharing joy and overcoming challenges together.
