This is a combination of 3D signage printer and UV curing machine. First of all, we can print some 3D channel letters or 3D signs with the 3D signage printer on the top, 3D signage printer is also called 3D logo printer, 3D channel letter printer, 3D lightbox printer, or 3D letter printing machine, in this case, we just need to print the channel letters or signages with side wall only, no need to print the face panel. Secondly, after the 3D channel letters or 3D signages are completed, we can add some liquid acrylic into the channel letters or signages, then we need to put them into the UV curing machine at the bottom, the UV curing process will take 60 ~ 90 minutes, the purpose of UV curing process is to make the liquid acrylic into solid acrylic. Finally, a 3D channel letter or signage with 3D printed side wall and acrylic face panel will be ready.
