Hand made climbing brushes I really love wood. They were my toys. I have been dreaming of creating wooden goods since then. More than 1000 brushes – broken.

My father is a great woodworker and when I was a kid I was always surrounded by all kinds of instruments and different types of wood. When I turned 16 my brother took me to the local climbing gym where I started climbing. I am 30 now and I haven’t had a rest from climbing longer than two weeks. Three years of experiments: testing shapes, types of wood and technologies. Many friends with different

ideas were involved. And thus, in 2014 “Faza” brushes were born. We want to go a little further than just offering brushes. The aim is to go beyond the basic functions of a brush. It is to make the brushes aesthetic. One “Faza” is never just a brush. Every single brush is 95% hand made by crazy inspired climbers in Bulgaria (EU). When you start creating one brush the wood itself is guiding you. Once you like it – it’s over. You are satisfied and start dreaming for the next one. Just like in climbing.

The World Climbing series are over for us this year. 🥲

We can’t find the words to express all the feelings and emotions we experienced throughout this summer. 🤗

A BIG THANK YOU to all the wonderful people we’ve met and all the new friends we’ve made. It was an absolute pleasure. 🫠🫠🫠

And of course… this isn’t goodbye. 🤫
