Bored Owl's Eddie Data Hub - value proposition:

The value of Eddie for Instrumentation: all the cost ($$$which can be of the order of k to 100k or more) and time (potentially years) that go into developing the data collection hardware, software and communications before you even can start getting data from your sensors when you follow traditional routes is saved. Instead, you have a fixed upfront cost which is affordable and a solution which is plug and play. Leaving your precious time free to do what you really want which is optimise your system, add more sensors, add more controls, optimise your data. We’d like to think that Australia would have many more novel and exciting instrumentation systems out making the world a better place if we can provide a real alternative to traditional routes to create an instrumentation system.

Call out for BETA testers for our Eddie Data Hubs...

Our smallest data hub the Micro Eddie Hub is the same size as an Eddie Probe, 25mm wide x 90mm deep x 80mm tall. So if you have a Micro Eddie Hub for data collection with an Eddie Probe next to it to connect to your sensors then, total width of the Hub+Probe is a tiny 50mm!
