✨ A big step forward for our client’s production line! ✨

We’ve just installed this custom-built 4-lane depositor system, designed to produce 1,200 dips per hour - compared to the 1,000 they used to make in a full day manually.

The line also features a 10-head multihead weigher to accurately portion olives into each cup or operate independently to weigh crispbreads or sliced baguettes when bypassing the depositor.

It’s always exciting to see how automation helps our clients boost efficiency, consistency, and overall output. 💪

This time we had the pleasure of installing a brand new flow wrapper for one of our customers who had been renting a similar machine for some time.
