This is a fantastic opportunity working across MRO, engineering, and advanced manufacturing environments, supporting gas turbine engines including TPE331, PT6A, F404/F414, F135, and AGT1500, as well as aircraft components such as wheels, brakes, and fire protection systems.

The ideal candidates will have proven experience in aviation, defence, or heavy industry, with hands-on gas turbine engine experience and relevant trade qualifications (Mechanical Fitter, Engine Technician, or equivalent).

📋 Role: Lead flight operations, mentor pilots, manage operational compliance, support scheduling and resource allocation, maintain SOPs and safety policies, oversee operational records, and ensure strong SMS, FRMS and regulatory compliance.
