✅ Requirements: B1 LAME experience, strong base or line maintenance capability, CASA Part 145 compliance knowledge, safety-first mindset and strong documentation discipline. Beechcraft King Air B200 experience required, with B350 experience highly desirable.

📋 Role: Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, rectify defects and AOG events, support a 24/7 on-call engineering service, and ensure aircraft remain safe, compliant and operationally ready.

✅ Requirements: Type-rated on Dash 8 Classics, A320 or turboprop aircraft, Trade Certificate IV Mechanical, CASA Part 66 Licence, valid work visa, Red ASIC or ability to obtain, and current Australian Driver’s Licence.

📋 Role: Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, primarily line maintenance, including inspections, troubleshooting, defect rectification, parts preparation, tooling coordination and maintenance certification in line with regulatory, manufacturer and Part 145 MOE standards.

Sigma Aerospace Workforce is seeking a skilled, hands-on Engine Workshop Technician to join a General Aviation piston engine workshop in Caloundra.

This role is designed for technicians from automotive, diesel, industrial, small engine, generator, marine, plant, Caterpillar or similar engine workshop backgrounds who want to move into aviation. Candidates must be locally residing in Australia.

✅ Requirements: Engine workshop, mechanical, automotive, diesel, industrial, small engine, plant or similar engine repair / rebuild experience. Mechanical trade, automotive trade, diesel fitting, plant mechanic, engine technician qualification or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.

📋 Role: Assist with inspection, disassembly, cleaning, measuring, troubleshooting, component replacement, reassembly and testing of Lycoming and Continental piston engines. Strong attention to detail, precision workmanship and a genuine interest in aviation are essential.
