2.5” Stainless intercooler pipes done on this FTE 100 Series Cruiser

Definitely one of the most challenging sets we’ve done. Using a big 600x300 cooler and a crowded engine bay left us no room to go through the passengers side guard. So we chuck’d a u turn and tucked it under the intercooler and behind the winch, running twin pipes back to the turbo and intake.

This went back to .mechanical for a tune on there fresh dyno and put down some solid numbers!

Finally got some Aussie muscle rolling through the shop 🇦🇺

Shoutout to Adam from for trusting us to smash out a fresh exhaust on his beautifully restored HQ. We’ve made up a 2.5” 304 stainless system utilising an x pipe and a set of mufflers.

Can confirm it left the us sounding like Aussie muscle should!

Shoutout to Branden from for being the first person I’ve ever had ask me to cut their car in half

Drove in as a wagon 7am Monday morning (with the interior already stripped), drove out the workshop as a ute 7am Thursday morning! Big effort but extremely rewarding to stand back and look at after a big few days.

This a 220mm single cab chop utilizing the rear wall and tray mount/ tank mount kits.

The 80 is now back with its owner to finish off some of the wall cleanup then it’s ready for body work and paint, keen to see this one finished!
