Here’s one we forgot to post! Cody Goose Diesing Custom Bullbar
Beefy gave us a couple of guidelines to follow and left us open for the design. After 3d scanning the front end we got straight onto Stevens Industies to work their CAD magic and develop the entire bar from scratch.
6mm centre cradle and mounts, 5mm side wings, 3mm lower removeable trim panels. Folded centre hoops and 40nb outer hoops. Built tuff and built to last
After many hours of design, changes and re-design it was time for CNC cutting and folding all done in house Stevens Industies then handed back to us for the fab
After many hours of welding, the bar was ground to present a seamless finish and sanded ready for colour code paint.
Built in strip indicators and STEDI LED Driving Lights slimline light bars were a tight fit but we managed squeeze them in to complement the front end.
SprayDat Toowoomba in Toowoomba then came through and painted a custom deep purple on the bar and snorkels we’d done earlier to match the cars theme.
The end result is an epic representation of collaboration between local business working to their strengths. The raw photos of the bar reflect the hours of design and craftsmanship that went into this bullbar
