The women from BAC Australia had the opportunity to take part in a Women’s Round Table as part of the program.

The conversation was open, honest, and easy. We shared our experiences working in manufacturing, discussed what helps us feel engaged and supported, talked about challenges we’ve faced, and explored ideas on how our industry can continue to evolve.

What stood out most was that everyone felt comfortable contributing and, most importantly, felt heard. The discussion created a welcoming space to listen, learn from each other, and share different perspectives.

We’re looking forward to seeing how these discussions help shape future initiatives and continue to make manufacturing a great place for women to build their careers.

Thank you to the - Central Coast Group Training and Central Coast Industry Connect for such a positive and inclusive conversation. It was a session we genuinely enjoyed being part of.
