We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Agricultural Spare Parts Salesperson to join our team in Scone, NSW.

🔧 ABOUT THE ROLE
Working as part of our Spare Parts team, you will provide outstanding customer service while assisting customers with parts enquiries, inventory management and warehouse operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting customers in person, over the phone and via email
• Identifying and supplying agricultural machinery spare parts
• Maintaining an organised and well-presented retail showroom
• Processing customer orders and online enquiries
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
• Receiving and receipting incoming stock
• Stock control, stocktakes and inventory management
• Operating electronic scanning systems and dealership software
• Cash handling, invoicing and EFTPOS transactions
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workplace
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently and safely
👤 ABOUT YOU
The successful applicant will be a reliable, customer-focused team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine willingness to learn.
Essential Skills & Experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good computer skills with experience using AM-WIN (or similar software)
• Sound understanding of spare parts and inventory management
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work efficiently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
Desirable (but not essential)
• Experience within the agricultural machinery industry
• Knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment
• Previous experience in a dealership, automotive or machinery spare parts environment
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
