Marking another important milestone for public transport on the northern Gold Coast. Large structural steel packages take more than workshop capacity. They need clear sequencing, controlled handling, experienced fabrication teams and quality systems that hold up under pressure.

This work is currently moving through our Noosaville facility, with the team focused on accuracy, safety and maintaining momentum through each stage of fabrication.

Congratulations to Alex, named Rising Star of the Year at the Endeavour Awards.

Alex joined NEACH straight from school and has continued to build his skills through his Certificate III in Engineering, contributing to complex structural steel fabrication across major Queensland infrastructure projects. His reliability, technical curiosity, safety focus and commitment to quality reflect exactly what structured apprenticeship pathways can deliver.

This award celebrates not only Alex’s individual achievement but the wider team at NEACH for creating an environment for the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

NEACH has recently received ISO 3834 Part 2 certification, strengthening the welding quality systems behind our structural steel fabrication work.

For a business that has operated continuously for 50 years, this is another step in a long pattern of improvement across our workshop, systems, equipment and people. The certification supports the way welding quality is managed across procedures, qualifications, supervision, inspection and documentation, giving clients greater assurance on complex structural steel packages where compliance and repeatability are critical.
