Bella… Queensland’s first Bellwether electric coffee roaster, has clocked up over 2,000 roasts!

And it’s time for her first major service and filter change…

A little behind-the-scenes look at what goes into keeping Bella roasting.

A thorough clean of the heat exchangers, roasting drum, bean drop ball valve and chaff collector, along with new filters and an exhaust tube.

Then it was time to put her back together, update the software, recalibrate everything and roll her back into position.

Roll out. Service. Roll back in. 🙌

Over 2,000 roasts down and Bella’s ready for plenty more! ☕️
