Another returning customer!

We're excited to celebrate the delivery and installation of a brand-new Han's Laser 6kW 3015 J Series for one of our valued customers in Victoria.

This marks their second Han's Laser machine, and they're already preparing for machine number three, which is due to arrive later this year. That's a strong vote of confidence in the Han's Laser range, especially after having experience with multiple other brands.

Installation Complete in Hallam!

Another successful installation by the team at Intermach! We’re proud to announce the commissioning of the Han's Laser PL2T Fiber Laser Tube Cutting Machine for our valued customer in Hallam. This is the 2nd of a 2 machine installation for this customer.

The Han's Laser PL2T is designed for high-efficiency tube processing and is equipped with advanced features including:

* Fully automatic bundle feeding device for continuous production
* Semi-automatic unloading system to streamline workflow
* Bevel cutting head for complex tube processing
* 240mm 3-chuck, zero-tail system to maximise material utilisation and minimise waste

With integrated automation from loading through to unloading, this system significantly boosts productivity, reduces manual handling, and delivers consistent high-precision cutting performance.

Combined with the engineering excellence of Han's Laser, the world’s largest fiber laser producer, this installation provides our customer with industry-leading tube processing capability and reliability.

Another successful installation completed by the highly skilled team at Intermach.
This automated bending cell has been delivered and commissioned for a customer in Hallam, Victoria, and represents the first of two machines installed as part of this project.

The Han's IFT 230T 4.1m Pressbrake paired with the Estun ER270 Bending Robot delivers the perfect solution for high-volume, consistent sheet metal bending.

- 230t capacity with a 4.1m bending length

The Intermach team has just completed the installation of a Han's Laser J Series 6kW in Sydney, setting our customer up for serious performance gains heading into the new year.
