A couple times each year, we hit pause on the day-to-day and bring the whole team together.

Not because we have to, but because it's important.

As our team continues to grow across different projects and locations, these all-in days help us stay connected, aligned, and moving in the same direction.

It's a chance to share what's happening across the business, discuss industry changes, review what's working, challenge what isn't, and look at how we can continue improving the way we operate.

Just as importantly, it's an opportunity for every voice to be heard.

Some of our best ideas come from the people doing the work every day, so creating space for open conversations is something we genuinely value.

We also make a point of bringing in people from outside our industry to share their expertise. Whether it's leadership, business, marketing, professional development, or specialist technical knowledge, we want our team to walk away with something valuable for their career, not just their next project.

Working in live fuel environments means there’s no room for guesswork.

Towards the end of last year, the Pro-Torque team delivered canopy repair works at a client depot in Alice Springs, managing the project from early planning and permits right through to final reinstatement.

The canopy structure above the fuel bowser area was carefully removed by crane and relocated away from live infrastructure, allowing extensive structural repairs to be completed safely on the ground before being lifted back into place.

Behind a job like this is a lot of coordination, engineering reviews, safety systems, inspections and planning to make sure every stage runs the way it should.

And that’s where our team thrives.

Practical problem solving.

And projects delivered properly from start to finish.

A great result for everyone involved, with positive feedback from BP HSE for the planning and ex*****on of the works.
