We’ve had some big and exciting gear come in and out of the yard in recent years. But very few beat this one.

To top it off, that the Gato team are able to say it’s the very first of its kind to be in action in here in Australia.

Couple weeks in the workshop getting the bells and whistles before it’s sent out to site and put to work. We will be sharing more about its workshop visit in the coming weeks.

AUS FIRST - KOBELCO SK530LC

This absolute beast just arrived at the yard. The workshop will spend a few weeks working on it before it goes out to the customer and gets to some serious work.

This is the first Kobelco SK530LC to be in use in Australia. A big achievement / milestone for the team and Gato Sales & Repairs overall.

Massive thanks to the team at Plant Shift Heavy Haulage for delivering this. It’s safe to say Australia post wasn’t gonna manage.
