New Electrical Project Awards in the Pilbara⚡

DCI Group is proud to have been awarded multiple electrical projects in the Pilbara, further strengthening our electrical project delivery portfolio across the region.

The awarded works include upgrades to electrical distribution and control infrastructure, power development and deployment, cable installation through existing underground infrastructure, and electrical inspection and rectification works.

These projects showcase the breadth of DCI Group’s electrical capability, with experienced, supervisor-led crews supported by our own plant and specialised equipment to provide reliable mobilisation and coordinated delivery.

We’re proud to continue being trusted to deliver critical electrical works across the Pilbara and look forward to safely delivering these projects from mobilisation through to testing and handover.

DCI Group is seeking experienced WA A Grade Electricians to join our team for works in Karratha.

- Karratha, WA
- $85/hour casual
- 8:6 roster
- 12-hour shifts
- Rotating dayshift and nightshift swings
- 25% nightshift uplift

Essential Requirements:
- Current WA A Grade Electrical Licence – no provisional licences
- Rio Tinto inducted
- Must be available to fly out 1 September 2026

Preferred:
- Rio Tinto Supervised Worker card

DCI Group is seeking reliable and experienced labourers for upcoming night-shift works in the Perth C*D, with the opportunity to move into ongoing day-shift work on rail projects.

Long-term opportunities are available for the right candidates.

Ideally, applicants will have:
• Civil or construction labouring experience
• WA-recognised White Card
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Strong safety awareness and a good work ethic
• Availability for night and day shifts
The following rail qualifications are highly regarded but are not essential when applying:
• RIW card with a valid subscription
• CAT 3 Rail Medical or higher
• PTA Supervised Worker competency
• Confined Space Entry and Gas Testing
• Working at Heights
• First Aid

Candidates without all the listed rail qualifications are still encouraged to apply. Successful applicants will need to complete the applicable mobilisation requirements before commencing rail work.

DCI Group recently completed the Supply and Installation of Roof Mounted Lighting Poles and LED floodlighting system at our client’s laydown area 🌟

Our scope included the installation of eight roof-mounted poles and crossarms, 200W LED floodlights, junction boxes, temporary conduits and cabling, and distribution board upgrades, with all works fully tested and commissioned.

By delivering the complete package under one scope, our team provided a streamlined solution that reduced interfaces, simplified coordination and ensured a quality outcome from installation through to handover.

A great result by the team, delivering a safer and more functional workspace for our client!
