MELBOURNE, THAT’S A WRAP. NEXT STOP: FORT LAUDERDALE. 🇺🇸

What a first Melbourne Boat Show for Gineico Marine.

A huge thank you to everyone who came down, said g’day and spent time with the team exploring the latest products on display, including Blue-Airco full DC marine air conditioning and SMARTDOCK, which generated plenty of interest throughout the show.

SMARTDOCK gives you remote control of your vessel directly from your smartphone, with solutions for both inboard and outboard powered boats.

Now, we’re heading overseas.

The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show runs from 28 October – 1 November 2026, and Mark will be on the ground throughout the show.

“Still there, still looking fabulous, and we don’t need to replace it.”

As part of Gineico Marine’s 50th anniversary celebrations, we spoke with a long-standing customer whose relationship with Gineico began more than a decade ago after discovering our marine-grade materials at a Sydney boat show.

Years later, those same high-performance fabrics and materials have gone well beyond the boat. They were specified throughout a home in Airlie Beach, including areas exposed to the demanding Queensland climate.

Today, the materials continue to perform beautifully, with both indoor and outdoor applications still looking remarkably fresh after years of use.

It is a simple reminder that quality materials are an investment. When they are designed to withstand harsh marine environments, that durability can translate just as effectively into coastal homes, outdoor spaces and other demanding applications.

And, as our customer puts it, being Italian doesn’t hurt either.
