We are incredibly grateful for the continued support of our long-standing sponsor, Gurit . Their lightweight, high-strength composite materials play a critical role in the performance and reliability of our vehicle.

At Monash Motorsport, every design decision prioritises precision, safety and lap-time performance. In Formula Student, material quality is a defining factor, which is why we rely on high-quality laminates throughout our car. Gurit supplies industry-leading carbon fibre prepreg, engineered for exceptional stiffness, durability and weight reduction. These properties form the foundation of our monocoque and help keep us competitive on race day.

Thank you Gurit for supporting our team and contributing to our ongoing development and success.

We’re incredibly grateful to our long-standing sponsor, Davies Craig, for their unwavering support of Monash Motorsport since 2013. Their premium Brushless Electric Booster pumps have been vital to the performance and reliability of our vehicles year after year.

Cooling technology sits at the heart of our powertrain design. In high-performance environments like FSAE-A, where our car is pushed to its limits in a range of dynamic events, maintaining optimal temperatures is critical. Excessive heat can hinder performance and threaten reliability - but with Davies Craig’s advanced technology, M24 and M25's cooling systems operates seamlessly under pressure.

This support empowers us to push harder, drive faster, and compete with confidence - without sacrificing power, efficiency, or endurance.
Thank you, Davies Craig, for being an essential part of our journey and continued success in competition.

Monash Motorsport is proud to be partnered with MRC.

MRC’s waterjet cutting process involves high-pressure water and abrasive particles, enabling it to cut through materials such as carbon fibre, aluminium, and a variety of other metals.

The precision is crucial for parts such as our aerodynamics internal structures made from carbon fibre PVC sandwich laminates. These intricate ribs and spars must interlock and fit snuggly into the wing skins, ensuring minimal deformation when loaded. The custom profiles cleanly cut by MRC allow us to increase the car’s overall performance with lightweight constructions.

In proud partnership with Parker Hannifin, Monash Motorsport continues to push the limits with our custom motor development and manufacturing.

Parker provides high-quality thermal epoxy encapsulants that serve a crucial dual function in our custom motor coils: physically protecting them while ensuring long-term insulation reliability. Importantly, its high thermal conductivity allows us to safely and consistently operate our motors under demanding, high-power duty cycles.

Parker-LORD’s CoolTherm solution combines a resin and hardener to form a low-viscosity epoxy system. This facilitates an optimised application process, allowing the epoxy to not only diffuse easily into tight coil windings, but also self-level to fill in air voids.

We are deeply grateful for Parker’s essential contribution to the durability and competitiveness of our team this year. To explore their wide range of industry-leading products and global expertise, visit: www.parker.com

1 week in the South Australian Sports Institute wind tunnel with AUMT. We brought M25 and M24 providing the team an opportunity to develop our aerodynamic understanding.

From flow visualisation and pressure tapping to rake measurements and yaw sweeps, the team gathered critical data across a wide range of aerodynamic conditions. The testing allowed us to validate our CFD models, uncover new insights, and build confidence in the designs that will shape our future cars.
