sharing few photos of another recent job. This is our 54/55mm SS2 ball bearing turbos made with R35 GTR turbine housings and upgraded wastegate actuators. Have seen them making 550awkws on P98 fuel and is capable of making around 1000whp on E85 fuel.

Posting a few photos of our recently rebuilt and high flowed 1GGTE Toyota Soarer / Toyota Supra CT12 turbochargers. Upgrades carried out include:

Upsized compressor and turbine wheels fitted
Brand new in-house built CHRA
Profile machined compressor and turbine housings

Optional upgrades available:
16psi wastegate actuator
Ball bearing core conversion

HyperGear high-flow and custom-built SR20DET bolt-on turbochargers. Recent work involved upgrading a factory S15 turbocharger to G25-550 specifications. Modifications completed include:

• In-house built CHRA
• Profile-machined compressor and turbine housings
• Internal wastegate flapper modification
• Upgraded 16psi wastegate actuator

This high-flow setup is capable of producing up to 270rwkW while maintaining excellent boost response, depending on supporting modifications, fuel system, and tune.

A few photos of a recently completed job for a Toyota MR2 CT26 turbocharger. The customer requested a high-flow upgrade to G30-660 specifications with a ball bearing core and upgraded actuator setup. Work carried out includes:

In-house built G30-660 CHRA
Custom adapter plate to suit the factory CT26 turbo housings
Profile machined housings to suit the new core
Custom wastegate actuator bracket
18psi wastegate actuator

This upgraded internally gated turbocharger is capable of producing up to 500bhp with the right supporting modifications, fuel system, and tune.

Recent job is another custom turbocharger built in a T3 footprint, designed to support around 1000whp on a built Barra setup.

This turbo features a 73/73mm wheel configuration with a T3 1.06 V-band rear housing and a 0.90 front housing. Compared to traditional T4 or larger V-band housing setups commonly used on G/GTX42-based combinations, this setup offers improved response and earlier boost delivery for the engine size.

T51R mod available as an option.

Custom GTX42/G42 T3 turbine housings can be made and sold seperately in .63 .82 and 1.06 A/R.

Been flat out catching up on everyone’s builds lately. One of the recent jobs through the workshop was rebuilding and high-flowing a T04Z, bringing it up to a more modern-day spec.

What’s been done:

Brand new in-house built CHRA
66mm turbine wheel
68mm G35-1050 compressor wheel
Profile machined turbo housings
T51R mod

With the right supporting mods and tuning on E85, this setup is now capable of producing 600+ RWKW.

Pretty good result to share from Matthew C, He's R33 GTST uses one of our externally gated bolton Rb25det turbo kits made to fit factory exhaust manifold and front pipe.

Result is taken from an ATR43SS-3 turbocharger on a built engine, E85 fuel, currently running stock cams. So far the car have made 417rwkws at 26psi holding power and boost all the way to limiter maxing out on board 525L fuel pump and factory fuel lines.
