Job Title: Experienced Painter

We are currently seeking an experienced painter to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the painting industry, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, and priming
- Apply paint and other finishes using various techniques
- Ensure the quality of the finished product meets customer expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the painting industry
- Proven experience with two professional references
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
