No experience? No worries.
While experienced line markers are encouraged to apply, we’re also open to anyone with a good attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
If you’ve got a background in civil construction, traffic control, or simply love working outdoors and being hands-on, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

Got experience? Even better.
If you’ve worked in road marking and know your way around the gear, can jump on a crew and get stuck in – we’ve definitely got a spot for you.

We’d love to hear from people with experience in:
• Transverse or longitudinal line marking (Waterborne, CAP, Thermoplastic)
• Coloured surface treatments
• Raised pavement markers

What we’re looking for:
• Construction White Card (must-have)
• Open Licence
• MR licence preferred (or willing to get one)
• Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Safety-conscious and reliable
• Cert III in Civil Construction - Road Marking is a bonus

The primary purpose of the role is to deliver Nationally Recognised Training and Assessment to students in Traffic Management, Civil Construction, and Safety.

• Have proven current industry knowledge of 2 to 4 years
• Demonstrate attention to detail with effective communication skills

• Traffic Controller and TMI Accreditation

• RII30920 Cert III in Civil Construction - Traffic Management

• RIIHAN301E Operate elevated work platform
