Are you getting the full potential profitability out of your wet blasting pump? 💰

Our wet blasting pumps are extremely reliable and hard-wearing, with the cast PU lining often lasting approximately 12,500 to 14,000 operating hours (based of historical averages) with the most aggressive of aluminium oxide media.

We have noticed an increase in customers looking to rebuild their pumps on older machines (10+ years old) and they have commented on the increases in performance once upgraded with a pump rebuild.

Want to get more out of your wet blasting machine?

Dana Ridge’s Recirculating Tank (Closed Loop System) is an optional extra that makes your setup fully closed loop.

How it helps:
✅ Recirculates overflow water back to the machine (window wash + rinse gun)
✅ Traps sediment + collects oil/grease for easy removal
✅ Allows waste to be collected and removed without needing to drain the sump
✅ Reduces water and media consumption

If you’re blasting regularly or working in a spot without easy water supply, this is one accessory that pays for itself in convenience and running costs.
