Update on day 2, good luck to everyone for the last day, conditions improving 🎣🎣

🎣🔥 2026 TACKLEWORLD & WHITSUNDAY GAME FISH CLUB LIGHT TACKLE TOURNAMENT – DAY 2 RESULTS! 🔥🎣

Well, Day 2 is in the books, and what a cracking day of fishing! 🌊💪

Despite a bit of rough weather and a few more boats having to call it quits due to retirements, those who braved the elements were rewarded with some fantastic fishing!

* 🐟 5 Spanish Mackerel
* 🐟 1 Wahoo

That brings another massive day of action, with plenty of bent rods, tight lines and smiles all round! 🎣🙌

With 34 boats on the water, it’s been a fantastic day of fishing, competition and camaraderie. Unfortunately, one boat had to retire due to a mechanical breakdown — hopefully they’re back in action soon!

A massive effort from all the crews getting out there, fishing hard and making Day 1 one to remember! 👏🎣
