Superior Steel & Fabrication is looking for a quality Boilermaker / Fabricator to join our growing team.
We're a family-owned Brisbane business with over 40 years of combined industry experience, working across structural steel, general fabrication, commercial, industrial, infrastructure and custom projects.
⚒️ What you'll be doing
No two days are the same. You'll work on a variety of projects, including:
• Structural and general steel fabrication
• Custom frames and structures
• Beams, columns, RHS, SHS, pipe and plate
• Commercial and industrial projects
• Custom and one-off fabrication
• Measuring, cutting, fitting and MIG welding
• Reading and working from fabrication drawings
👷 What we're looking for
We're after someone who:
• Is a qualified or experienced Boilermaker/Fabricator
• Can read and understand fabrication drawings
• Is confident with MIG welding and fitting
• Has good measuring and marking-out skills
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Takes pride in their work
• Has a strong work ethic and good attitude
• Turns up, gets stuck in and doesn't need babysitting
If you're a good tradesman with a good attitude, we'll look after you.

Our recently completed project for Governess in Paddington. Quite a few little challenges on this one but nothing our mate .co couldn’t handle. Great effort by our Superior crew to smash this one out and deliver it ahead of schedule.

Large diameter helium vessel transport saddles are now ready for a long boat ride to Germany. 4 sets of 2 were fabricated with 5 different radiuses; All fabricated from 12mm plate supported by a 20mm base.
