An opportunity has become available for a Sales Representative role to join our growing team full-time in Yatala, Gold Coast.
It primarily focuses on delivering top-tier customer service to our established client base, while simultaneously expanding the reach of Alpha Rail's brand and products to both new and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate new business opportunities while enhancing existing accounts.
- Identify opportunities and generate leads.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and use.
- Comprehensive management of customer accounts from initiation to completion.
- Review and analyze weekly and monthly reports.
- Perform various administrative duties, including preparing monthly reports, sales proposals, quotes, applications, and maintaining sales records and call logs.
- Other administrative tasks as required
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of Sales/Account Management experience.
- Previous exposure to a fast-paced customer-centric environment.
- Prior Engineering and Civil work experience will be highly regarded.
- A dedicated passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Display a composed, amiable, and confident telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer operations, particularly Microsoft Suite.
- Strong aptitude for creative problem-solving.
- Most importantly, is a self-driven, can-do attitude, with a willingness to help the team achieve its goals.
