Update.
The new 9 inch OEM radio replacement unit is installed and working.
The fitting is very easy and the functions are all there.
I'll be doing some more comprehensive testing in the coming weeks prior to releasing them for sale.

In the meantime here is an installed pic. The fit is perfect and the fascia moulding is absolutely spot on to replace the existing 5 inch unit and dial pad.

New Product Alert RAM DS 1500 OEM Head Unit Radio Upgrade

We are currently in receipt of our samples of german designed Digital 9" Head unit upgrades for DS Ram 1500 5" standard screens.

These are a plug & play swap out for the basic 5" unit is the DS 1500. Bringing all the touchscreen functionality to your fingertips.

We are presently fitting up and testing the units before we make them available. Should be a very economical and extremely productive upgrade to the base head unit for these trucks.

Initial feedback include:
Excellent packaging.
Very high quality build
Complete loom kit enclosed
Excellent manual in multiple languages.

Stay tuned for updates re pricing once we complete the install and testing.

Red line represents new area of display, Green line represents attached fascia moulding to retain controls and the White line is 9 inch diagonal measure of screen. You can see a very big increase in usable display screen with full digital controls obtained via the touch screen

Cameron fitted up the MSA TM1502 mirrors today on our demo RAM DS 1500.

Heated, manual fold. Up down orientation, temp sensor, extendable and LED blinkers. OEM look n fit

There really isn't an aftermarket mirror that ticks all the boxes most of us desire.

But I found these by comparison to most other brands - will suit our needs.
They dont sit out way too far.
Fold in tight, non powered regretably. But has electric adjustment & temp sensor
Easy to fit up about an hour for the job.

Model № TM1502 under $990 street price.
Beats the clips ons - but they serve a purpose & meet budget conscious needs too.

As I said there just isn't a product that meets all needs but at least we have a few selections to choose from.

We will now be known as U.T.E US TRUCK ENHANCEMENTS.
We will be specialising in Trays & Canopies for ALL US Imported and Domestically available US Utility Vehicles plus other enhancements.

So we will cover:

Chevrolet Silverado 1500 2500
Ford F-series 150 250 & 350
Ram Trucks 1500 2500 3500

Starting with Tray only options right thru to complete canopy builds.
We will not be fitting out internals only Manufacture & Supply of trays & canopies in raw alloy ready for powder coating or fully powder coated internal & external.
Fabricated to your exacting custom requirements and our quality specifications.

Prices will start from $10000 for tray only option with standard dropside height and trundle draw.
Canopy combos will start from $15000

All construction is in 3mm alloy smooth (chequer optional)
Folded & hand made in Brisbane with locally employed staff.
All hardware is Stainless Steel and Central locking options on 2, 4 or all 6 doors ( 2 canopy 4 toolboxes)
A basic tray and canopy will add approx 200 kg to your KERBSIDE weight after your OEM tub is replaced. So only 200 KG extra.
