Those days are about to be gone forever.

This and my low profile manifold solve the issue and provide enough CFM even for a race motor.

These are the Super B (Early and Late) Improved throttle cable mounts. These were a real challenge because there are many different spacers so a manifold mount bracket doesn’t work.

Still tweaking some draft angles to ensure a good taper fit onto the bosses, and reliable production. Plus a secret squirrel part not shown here that will hopefully make life with all Harley cables much easier.

I like to know my suppliers, learn their names, and pay them immediately.

One of the core principles I’ve tried to build Award Cycle upon is being cash positive.

I don’t expect other small businesses to finance my business with 30/60/90 day terms. I prefer to pay upfront in full. Consider this when you work with local businesses you will be surprised how few people do.

The first prototype CV40 bird deflector is ready, this was a challenge due to bolt heads and also ensuring the CV chamber had adequate airflow to do its job.

It uses my own fl**ge mount system, the same solution I developed for the Linkert, and soon the Super E/G.

Once Born free has passed I’ll tool up properly for these and update a lot more stock across all parts.

There is always drawing going on at Award Cycle, 4 hours everyday for the last 8 years if I’m being honest!

These are my CV40 intakes waiting patiently.

Currently I’m restocking my Linkert Boomerang snap back throttle kits and as they have 30 parts in each kit, 11 tapped holes per kit, and a manual to write to explain the many many ways they can be installed…….I’m busy!!

Please don’t ask how long these CV40 parts will be ;-)
