Working in construction means being exposed to serious risks every day, so when it comes to safety, you can’t afford to drop the ball. That’s why our BridgeFab team shut the steel workshop down as part of National Safe Work Month to talk about how even the smallest decisions can have a knock-on effect on our workmates and those around us.

An important reminder that no matter what the day throws at us, safety should never ever be compromised.

Another school project wrapped up, with our BridgeFab team completing the drafting, fabrication and installation of structural steel for a new building and extension at St Ann's School, Redbank Plains.

Delivered by Boss Constructions Qld for Brisbane Catholic Education, these new spaces are designed to encourage creativity, collaboration and growth, supporting generations of students to thrive.

The scaffold is starting to come down and you can really see BHC Southport starting to take shape, including the roof steelwork delivered by our BridgeFab team.

The Milton Rooftop & Sports Bar is officially open and the beers are already flowing.

Huge thanks to Sheeth for choosing BridgeFab as your steel partner on this project, with our team fabricating and installing all the steelwork to help deliver one of Brisbane’s hottest new sports bars.

Situated on Caxton Street, just a short stroll from Suncorp Stadium, and with footy finals fever in the air, there’s no doubt this will be a popular spot to catch all the action.

Another project win for BridgeFab. And this time, we’ll be supplying and installing all structural steel for the new Kambu Health Child and Family Centre.

This one is extra special, with the new centre set to provide culturally safe healthcare and family services for First Nations children and families across the Ipswich region.

Today, our BridgeFab crew came together over a brekky BBQ to catch up, connect and talk about the importance of regular check-ins for R U OK? Day.

In the construction game, we spend a lot of time looking out for each other’s physical safety, but looking after your mates goes beyond that. It’s about building genuine connections and creating an environment where people feel comfortable opening up when they’re doing it tough.

With workers in our industry more likely to die by su***de than from an accident at work, taking the time to ask “R U OK?” could make a bigger difference than you realise.

Another exciting project for BridgeFab, with our team again partnering with the façade experts from Supplyhaus to help deliver ALBA for Signature Property Partners.

We’ll be drafting and fabricating the steelwork supporting the building’s window façade, helping maximise uninterrupted views across the Brisbane River in what’s set to be one impressive new addition to the Hamilton, Brisbane skyline.

We’ve joined forces with Supplyhaus to help deliver the structural steel package for the new St Francis Catholic College, Westbrook.

Our BridgeFab team will fabricate around 150 tonnes of structural steel across two buildings, including steelwork for the roofs, walkways and awnings, with Supplyhaus completing site installation.

Once the first stage is complete, the new college will initially welcome students from Prep to Year 3 and Year 7, before progressively growing into a full Prep to Year 12 campus.

Proud to be working alongside our friends at Supplyhaus to help create a place where students and staff can thrive for generations to come.
