Coles Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Refrigeration recently installed some new custom refrigeration and extra storage space at the legendary Maryville Tavern to help bring their quick new bar renovation to life. When a busy local venue upgrades their layout, maximizing efficiency behind the line is everything.
To give them the extra capacity and smoother workflows they needed, we had them covered with premium Waterman refrigeration units and high performance glass chillers to keep the drinks icy cold for peak service periods.

Big morning recently for the Coles Refrigeration & Air Conditioning team at our Cooks Hill site!
We’ve just completed the crane lift and installation of 10 Mitsubishi Electric Heat Recovery outdoor units. Despite some challenging weather conditions, the team from Motion Group helped us get these units into position safely and efficiently.
This installation is a key part of the mechanical works for this project, ensuring the facility has top tier climate control and energy efficiency.
A massive thanks to everyone involved for pushing through the early start and the wind to get the job done.

Project Milestone: Booragul Public School Food Tech Kitchen
We are proud to announce the completion of a major fit out for the Booragul Public School Food Tech Kitchen. This project highlights our expertise in commercial kitchen design and equipment integration for the educational sector.
The scale of this installation includes:
Custom Fabrication: Two dual 17 metres of custom-designed benches with 13 metres of centre welds.
Ventilation: High-performance Halton Group hoods.
Cooking Line: Hotline equipment featuring Middleby Australia Goldstein and Invoq ovens.
Storage & Prep: Stoddart Simply Stainless flat pack solutions and Metro shelving.
Warewashing: A high-efficiency MEIKO AUSTRALIA PACIFIC pass-through dishwasher.
Domestic Integration: Fisher & Paykel appliances for the staff areas, sourced through Winning Appliances.
A massive thank you to all the building contractors and trades involved in bringing this large-scale project to life. It was a collaborative effort to deliver a professional-grade environment for the next generation of culinary students.

We’re not looking for average, we want someone who takes pride in their work, knows their way around commercial kitchens, and wants to be part of a company that’s actually going somewhere.

💼 About the Role:
You’ll be working across a wide range of commercial catering equipment, including:
• Cooking equipment (ovens, fryers, combi ovens, etc.)
• Gas & electric appliances
• Some refrigeration work (bonus if you’ve got the tickets)

• Experience with commercial catering equipment (essential)
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Great attitude and pride in workmanship

Big News from Sydney Fine Foods!
We are still buzzing from an incredible time at last year’s Sydney Fine Foods. It was a massive milestone for the team at Coles Refrigeration as it was our first time hosting a stand at the show, and the energy was non stop from start to finish.
The stand was constantly busy, and we were fortunate to see so much interest in our partnership with Botinkit Australia. It is an amazing story to see how far this brand has come in such a short time here in Australia, and we are ecstatic to be part of the journey.

Wallsend Diggers is officially firing on all cylinders!
We’ve loved being part of this massive renovation in Newcastle. Working alongside the team at Impact Building, we handled the installation of this absolute beast... the Scheer Lava Grill from our mates at Proline Equipment in Sydney.
There is nothing quite like the flavour you get from a real flame. If you’re a local, you’ve got to get down to the new grill house and see it in action for yourself. The transformation is top tier!
