use (sap flow), plant water potential (psychrometer), soil moisture and soil water potential to determine the effects of climate and environmental change across the world including; the Brazilian rainforests, the “world’s tallest trees” in California, mine site rehabilitation in Australia and Peru, greenhouse tomato production in Australia and the effects of elevated CO2 on plant water use and hydraulic conductivity.
