~Tube Laser Cutting~

Tube laser cutting is a modern and cost effective way of engineering. It removes a lot of labour time on the fabrication and installation side as well as giving a much better overall finish of the quality of the product.

These are some examples of tube notching; 550 pieces were cut from 60mm round tubing with a wall thickness of 4mm.

Welcome to the Custom Concepts Engineering page.

We are proud to have the first laser tube cutter in the country.

We're able to cut square, rectangular and round tubing up to 6m in length. The automated chucks are able to hold any round tubing with a diameter of 200mm or square and rectangular tubing with a maximum side length of 200mm.

Our two laser beds (3000x1500) allow us to cut all mediums of sheets/plates including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, bennox, hardox, brass, copper e.t.c. of up to 20mm thickness.
