Banana loaf recipe

Ingredients
3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
200g butter
5 medium bananas
3 eggs
Salt
3 tspoons baking powder
1 tspoon vanilla

Method

Preheat oven at 180 degrees
Prep the baking tin
In a bowl add flour baking powder and salt.
In another bowl add butter, sugar and eggs . Mix well until well combined. Then smash the bananas and add to the butter mixture.
Stir well then add the flour .Mix well then add the vanilla for some more flavour . Put the mixture in the baking tin ,bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
