We’re looking for a qualified and motivated Sales Para-Veterinary Officer to join our team in Choma.
Key Responsibilities
☑️Deliver excellent customer service and professional sales support.
☑️Advise customers on animal health products and recommend suitable solutions.
☑️Maintain accurate stock records and ensure the shop remains fully stocked.
☑️Manage daily inventory, sales, purchases and expenses.
☑️Prepare daily and monthly sales reports with recommendations.
☑️Maintain high merchandising standards and ensure the store is well organised.
☑️Process point-of-sale transactions accurately.
☑️Support the growth of the business through excellent customer relations.
Qualifications & Experience
✅ Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science or a related field.
✅ Valid Para-Veterinary Practising Licence.
✅ At least 2 years’ experience in agrovet sales or a similar environment.
✅ Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
✅ Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
✅ Self-motivated, organised and able to work with minimal supervision.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
✅Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, communication and organisation skills with a high demonstrable level of integrity.
✅Excellent written and oral English language skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
✅Willingness to work long hours as and when required in accordance with business requirements.
✅Creative and a forward thinker.
