When you transfer the wort form the kettle to the bucket fermenter, the sieve keeps on blocking, especially when there's a lot of hops in the brew recipe.

Modified Weiss recipe, dry hopping lemon zest halfway through fermentation. Not reinheitsgebot, but Damn it's nice! Subtle citrus taste, very refreshing indeed. Thanks to Kobus Oosthuizen for the crafty mod!
