Watch our charcoal bagging system in operation.
Charcoal is first fed onto a conveyor, then passes through a vibrating screen where fine and oversized pieces are separated. The larger, clean pieces move along to a storage hopper, before being automatically dispensed into bags by the bagging unit. Finally, the filled bags are sealed using a heavy-duty sewing machine, ready for stacking and transport.

Built for efficiency and durability, our systems are designed and manufactured in South Africa to streamline charcoal packaging operations — reducing labour and improving consistency.
