Talisman Hire Strand is looking for a Hire Specialist - Back Office to join our team in a busy tool and equipment rental branch. The hire industry is unique, and full tool-hire experience is not required. We are looking for someone with strong retail, admin, or customer-service experience who is willing to learn our products, systems, and way of working. This role suits a go-getter who takes initiative, follows up properly, and keeps admin accurate. The right person must be firm with rules and documents, but still friendly, kind, and client-centred.
Candidate Profile & Experience
• Retail / admin / customer service background required.
• Hardware, construction, plumbing, electrical, paint, tools or technical retail experience preferred.
• Go-getter, self-starter, attention to detail, client-centred and reliable.
