PANEL
Marshaling cabinets, F&G, PAGA, Telecom, DCS/SCADA CONSOL and other Control/Signal item Panel Er****on and Cable Termination in Instrument control Room/Main Control Building.

TRANSMITTER:
Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level and Differentiate Vibration Monitoring Transmitters Installation, Cable Glanding and Termination. Installation of SS Tubing line, Air header line & Impulse line for require field measurement devices.

CABLE
Intrinsically Safe / Non-Intrinsically Safe / Fiber optical & other Control/Signal cable laying on above ground level and in Cable Trenches as per the cable schedule. Conduct and supervise cold
loop test for cabling.

GAUGES & VALVES:
Assist with Mechanical crew for the installation of temperature / pressure gauges, Pressure Relief, Emergency Shutdown, Solenoid, Shutdown, Blow down, Choke and Control Valves. MOV’s and
Level gauges.

CABLE TRAY & CONDUITS:
Cable duct, Perforated/Ladder Tray, Tray Supports, Conduits popes Fabrication and Installation. Application of both SS and galvanized.

OTHERS:
Heat Tracing Sensor Panel/JB’s, CCTV Packs, H2s gas detectors, Flame detectors, smoke detectors, Ultrasonic detectors, Toxic gas detectors, Humidity sensor detectors & Heat detectors, Manual call point, Beacon Lights, Loudspeakers, IS & NIS JB’s Installation Cable laying and Termination. Provide Erthing line for required Systems / Equipment indoor and Outdoor areas. Commissioning Assistance.

PETROCHEMICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

HV/MV/LV Switchgears up to er****on and cable termination in substations
(Generation, Primary, Secondary and Distribution Substation).

TRANSFORMER:
Indoor and outdoor type Transformer (3.3/32KV) assembly, Cable/Bus duct and bar termination assistance with Vendor.

CABLE:
HV/MV/LV Cable laying on above ground and Cable trenches as per the cable schedule and cable drum schedules.
HV/MV/LV Cable joints. Conduct and supervise cold loop test for cables.
Control installations as per actual vs design.

BATTERY ROOM:
Battery bank with UPS Panel Installation and Termination. DC installations and preservation.

CABLE TRAY AND CONDUITS:
Cable ducting, Ladder/Perforated Tray, Tray Supports, Conduit Pipes bending and Installation.

FIELD HEAVY EQUIPMENT:
HV/MV/LV Cable glanding, Termination on various plant heavy equipment, jointing and installations. Assemble as per vendor data and testing as required and specified.

OTHERS:
HVAC/Domestic Air Conditioning 3000/36000 BTU, Heat tracing Power Panel/JB’s Er****on, Cable Laying and termination.
