Today, we recognise the people at the heart of patient care: nurses.

The ones who show up every day, often under pressure, making critical decisions, offering reassurance, and ensuring that patients are not just treated, but cared for.

Your role goes far beyond clinical responsibility. You are the constant in moments of uncertainty, the support behind every diagnosis, and the connection between care and compassion.

At Patient Focus Africa, we see the impact of your work every day, and we are proud to support you with solutions designed to make that work just a little easier.

Thank you for the difference you make.

Some stories deserve to be shared 🤍

Mo is a talented local creator who makes beautiful handcrafted soft toys 🧸, each one made with care, purpose, and heart.

This year, we’re proud to support Mo by partnering with him to create our end-of-year gifts. These special toys will be given to our favourite little humans, spreading a little comfort and joy where it’s needed most.

It’s a simple but meaningful way of supporting local talent while also giving back to our community.

Because sometimes, the smallest gestures can make the biggest difference 💙

On World Glaucoma Day, we raise awareness about a condition often called the “silent thief of sight.”
Glaucoma can develop without noticeable symptoms in its early stages, which is why routine eye examinations are so important. Certain health conditions, including Diabetes and Hypertension, can increase the risk of developing glaucoma and other vision complications.
Early detection and regular monitoring can help protect long-term vision and support better health outcomes.
Protecting sight starts with awareness.

On World Obesity Day, we recognise that obesity is a complex and multifaceted health condition influenced by biological, environmental, and social factors.

By increasing awareness and encouraging regular health monitoring, we can support earlier intervention, reduce risk, and promote healthier outcomes for individuals and communities.

Because meaningful change starts with understanding; and with compassionate, informed care.

Kicking off the year the best way we know how, together. 🏁
Last week our team came together for a high-energy start at an indoor karting track, leaning into this year’s theme: Accelerate. It was a reminder that while each of us brings something unique to the track, it’s our teamwork, trust, and shared goals that keep us moving forward.
As the year officially gets underway, we’re grateful for a team that shows up, supports one another, and stays focused on the finish line; because at Patient Focus Africa, every milestone is a team effort.
Here’s to a year of momentum, collaboration, and achieving the goals we’ve set, together. 💙

Heart health starts with awareness ❤️

This Valentine’s season, while we celebrate care and connection, it’s also a reminder that looking after the heart goes beyond sentiment; it starts with regular monitoring and early detection.

Consistent blood pressure screening plays a vital role in identifying risk early and supporting long-term cardiovascular care. For healthcare professionals, having accurate and easy-to-use monitoring tools makes routine screening more effective and accessible.

Because real care begins with awareness.
