SWEDE-HOLLAND OPERATES IN ALL SECTORS. Swede Holland is a Company founded by Conny Friberg and Bart Oomens. They put together their strong elements in Building and Project Development. Swede-Holland has also a Trading department. The new Company is orginated out of two Companies:
MofaB, Flexi Building System Handelsbolag based in Sweden and Oembasa Trading, Construction, Consulting & Finance base

d in South Africa and Belgium. SWEDE-HOLLAND IS A TRADING & CONSTRUCTION COMPANY THAT CREATES JOBS AND PROVIDE EDUCATION FOR PEOPLE IN AFRICA . We have a movable production factory for producing unresisting houses, which easily can be established on site and can be provided with staff on site, just to start up a factory, or for a longer term. We are very interested to cooperate with you concerning developing houses, industrial projects, agriculture projects, slaughterhouses, warehouses, cold rooms and all other projects with all equipment. We are involved and cooperate in projects in developing countries in Africa. We will provide you with state-of-the art designs, knowledge, advise, education and management tools to help your country to the next level anno 2025.

EPC+F = EPC contract will carry out the detailed engineering design of the project, procure all the equipment and materials necessary, and then construct to deliver a functioning facility or asset to their clients as prescribed by them with in the agreed period of time. The F is standing for the funding of the Project. The ISG funding requirements can be divided into private, public and private public partnerships (PPP) depending on the source of the project.
