g and Engineering Sectors. Pierre de Koker joined the Company in December 1995, and was appointed as Managing Director in October 1999. He holds a Masters Degree in Technical Training of Engineering students. Pierre has subsequently been appointed as the CEO of Max Power Services. Tersia de Koker joined the Company in 1999, and was appointed as the Financial Manager in 2002. Mr KD Poopedi joined Max Power Services as of 1 May 2013 as Business Development Director. He is creative, self-directed professional with extensive experience in managing the full spectrum of Human Resources programs, services and functions. He has over 20 years’ experience in the HR profession and has been an HR executive for numerous global mining organizations. He also has experience in local and global mining houses with an understanding of the labour organization landscape and its influence in the mining sector. Mr Poopedi is passionate about aligning HR strategies with organizational goals with expertise in HR strategy formulation; execution; change management; employee relations and organizational development. He has extensive experience of over 15 years in business development and is an esteemed business person, with shareholding and directorship in a number of companies.
