We recently did an outreach in Alex with Rays of Hope
We handed out Put It Outs and did a demonstration for part of the community that lost their homes in a fire.

Put It Out is here to uplift poorer communities and fight fires before they get to a point of devastation!

Through a donation from Elite Fire Protection, a fire suppression company, we were able to donate 200 Put It Outs to Rays of Hope, which operate in Alex.

We have formed a collaboration with Off Grid Innovations to get iHarveys to people that don't have power and our Put It Outs into homes as a pro-active solution to combat fires. It's great when a plan comes together. Through a private donation, they were able to participate in our donation drive and distribute 3 iHarveys to people that don't have power in Alex.

One of the biggest challenges has been route to market. Put It Out is sold online for households or cars. We want to help put out fires everywhere. Our biggest mission is to get Put It Outs into rural areas, where fires spread quickly and many homes are raised to the ground and in some cases lives are lost. Helping these communities is the heart and soul of what we do.

The money from this purchase will send a Put It Out to someone in a rural community. In order for us to reach that goal, a donation of at least R30 is needed, which will go towards the cost of the fire extinguisher, logistics and training rural communities on how to use the product.
