Superb quality load indication system purpose manufactured for Telehandlers / Tele-forklifts.

The load indicator displays the load on the forks and various other factors such as sloping angle, stabilizer positioning / monitoring. The system warns the operator of either an overloading situation and / or if the machine is approaching a potentially hazardous situation and is about to tip over.

A new feature of the system is auto attachment recognition by way of RFID tags - automatically detecting the attachment and that attachment's rated capacities are loaded.

The system may also communicate with telematics systems by way of CanBus technology to monitor load sensing and other factors.

Recent installation of a Reach Stacker Safe Load Indicator (SLI) hydraulic sensing system which ensures accurate loads and enhances the safety of the the machine.

Supplied complete with TS7000 colour touch screen HMI display console, M400 motherboard, two pressure sensors, angle sensor, length sensor spring driven reel and robot warning lights on stainless steel bracket.

The system monitors load and if unsafe (according to rating chart), cuts certain hydraulic functions - boom up and down and tele-out.
