Worried about herbicide residues in your field?
Here are 3 simple, effective ways to keep your soil healthy and ready for planting:

1️⃣ Deep Plowing – Most residues stay in the topsoil. Plow 30+ cm deep with a plow or rotary tiller, then sun-dry for a few days for even better results.

2️⃣ Flood & Drain – For highly water-soluble herbicides (like glyphosate), flood the field for 3–5 days to speed up breakdown and flush out residues. ⚠️ Avoid this method on sandy soils to prevent nutrient loss.

3️⃣ Biodegradation – Apply beneficial microbes such as EM bacteria or Bacillus subtilis to naturally “digest” residues and boost soil health.
