Another two Radio charging rack being wrapped to get shipped to our client. These racks takes 50 handheld radios and each radio can be locked to ensure that each worker will get his or her radio the next day. Each rack is manufactured for a specific radio model these were designed for the Hytera PD485 radios.

We designed these barriers in 2009 when a client up in Africa ordered a few collapsible traffic signs, cones, expandable barriers and other miscellaneous items. The only expandable barriers on the market available were bulky plastic barriers whose height decreases as they are opened. I knew I couldn’t supply that to a customer and started making different prototypes. We settled on the current design although we have improved it a lot.
We knew there would be a lot of competition and some of our products have been copied in the past and thus we registered the design, F2009_01346. We have been manufacturing these for the past 16 years with zero comebacks.
We regularly ship these barriers up in Africa and we have some customers requesting custom colors like black barriers with yellow reflective vinyl or green reflective to fit in with their corporate colors.
These barriers are made from steel and aluminium - all steel components are electroplated to ensure that there will be no corrosion. All the pivot points have nylon bushes in to ensure the steel bolt doesn’t erode the aluminium.

The roadblock trailer for the Veterinary Services is equipped with all the components necessary to conduct a full, legal and safe roadblock on a dual carriage way.
The trailers were designed keeping the following in mind:
• Must be ready to deploy rapidly.
• Easily deployable by any person.
• Must keep all the people conducting the roadblock safe and visible.
• Must be robust and durable.
• All the relevant components must comply to all the relevant SABS/SANS and international standards.
• The unit must have sufficient equipment to conduct a roadblock on a dual carriageway.
• It must be possible to conduct a roadblock during the night or day.
• The whole unit must have a gross mass of less than 750 kg when fully loaded to enable it to be hooked onto any motor vehicle.
The following equipment is supplied with the trailer:
• Standard single axle trailer with nosecone, two side and one rear door and spare wheel.
• Eight flashing LED lights on the trailer lid. To warn oncoming traffic and keep the people conducting the roadblock safe. The warning lights automatically switches on when the lid is opened.
• 22 collapsible high visibility traffic signs.
• 8 Reflective Jackets clearly marked VET SERVICES.
• 4 LED Flood Lights.
• 8 LED flashlights clearly marked VET SERVICES.
• 2 traffic wands that fit onto the flashlights to help with directing traffic.
• 48 lime traffic cones clearly marked VET SERVICES.
• 4 LED Flashing warning lights that fit onto the collapsible traffic signs to warn oncoming traffic.
• Built in 2.1 kW generator to power the flood lights when the onboard battery gets depleted.
• One 30 meter and one 50 meter extension lead.
• Measuring wheel to ensure the traffic signs are spaced according to regulations.
• Two Jerry Cans, one for water and one for petrol.
• Spare wheel.
• Class A first aid kit.
• 2 Clip boards.
• Instruction manual with graphical layouts of standard roadblocks.
• Collapsible disinfectant puddle/dam for the vehicles to drive through to disinfect them and thus further curb the spread of harmful diseases.
• 2 knapsack / backpack sprayers to disinfect vehicles and occupants’ shoes to help curb the spread of harmful diseases.
• Gazebo, foldup table and 4 foldup chairs.
• Extra equipment can be added according to individual needs.

The refuge bay indicator lights are installed to indicate to all the miners where the emergency / rescue bay is situated. The light remains Green, when an emergency occurs or a power failure occurs the light turns red and the siren sounds. This will ensure that everyone can safely get to the refuge / rescue bay and call for help with the dedicated refuge bay communication radio. Multi voltage ensures that these units can be used in any mine even with hight fluctuations in power supply. Robust to suite the underground conditions. With high output LED lights and a siren with 32 different tones and 102dB these units makes it easy to find the refuge bays in low visibility and noisy environments. , , ,

Department of Corrections Services (DCS) – Emergency Support Team (EST) trailer.
These trailers are equipped with everything the Emergency support team requires to get the wardens out of a difficult situation whenever there is a riot or hostage situation at the correctional facility.
The equipment also enables the team to help the community whenever there is an emergency, either and vehicle accident or natural disaster. The team just hooks up the trailer, and they can assist the community with either search and rescue situations or directing traffic or just cordon off a certain area to keep the community out of harms way.
The following components are included in the standard units, but amendments can be made:
• Dedicated storage and charging rack for 5 electrified riot shields.
• 2.2 kVA petrol generator.
• Collapsible STOP sign.
• Collapsible KEEP LEFT & KEEP RIGHT signs.
• Collapsible 3 in 1 sign (Crime scene, STOP DCS & Accident)
• 2 sets of double LED flood lights with stable 2.5-meter-high collapsible stands.

These trailers come complete to conduct a roadblock on a dual carriageway complete with 4 inspection bays. With the built-in battery and generator, the roadblock can be deployed day or night.
