TITANS of CNC - FREE CNC Education Platform.

Here is a "1 star" project that actually turns into a "2 star" project a few stages later. We call it "The Binoculars" - The point is to draw and machine the shape (Blue)

Technique is for education purposes only!

Once the the shape is done... you have to hold an odd shape in soft jaws by cutting the exact profile into the jaws.... 2nd stage would be machining through holes and pockets (Green)... and 3rd stage is machining in o-ring grooves inside the pockets... When completed the parts becomes a 2 star part (Orange).

Set-up sheets, complete prints of each stage, sample STP 3D Models and How to videos will be given to teachers, students and all who wish to learn for FREE. This is project 9 of over 1000. Coming Nov 11th.

PS. Many schools can't afford excess material which is a problem because students have to learn through repetition... We are solving that problem by standardizing tools and materials. This part is cut from 1 X 2 Aluminum Bar Stock just like 40 other projects that can be made from the same bar of material. You can also find projects based on industry... Aerospace, Medical, Automotive etc... Learn to machine projects that relate to your career choice...
