Update on the soya bean location differential case

The court has postponed Grain SA’s legal challenge against the JSE over soya bean location differentials, moving the interdict hearing to 6 November 2026. For farmers and processors, those differentials still decide which delivery points get premiums or penalties.

That impacts how beans flow through conveyors, elevators and storage, which in turn affects wear on chains and drives.

Zimbabwe’s lithium sales skyrocket
